Qingyi

Qingyi, an S-rank agent from the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, is an Electric Stun character known for her versatility. She can self-charge by dealing Electric DMG, which enables her to execute Enhanced Basic Attacks that inflict extra Daze on enemies. Qingyi also boosts the target’s Stun DMG Multiplier through combos with her Basic Attacks. While primarily a Stun character, she can deliver significant damage by converting Impact into additional ATK with her special ability. Overall, Qingyi is a powerful support agent who offers strong buffs and impressive damage, making her an excellent choice for teams led by Zhu Yuan or any team in need of a Stun specialist.

Jane Doe

Jane, an S-rank agent and Physical Anomaly character, is currently from an unknown faction but is poised to be a top-tier replacement for Piper. Her abilities allow her to rapidly build up Physical Anomaly on enemies. By triggering Perfect Dodge, Defensive Assist, or dealing damage, she accumulates Passion Stream to enter the Passion state, boosting both her Anomaly Buildup Rate and Attack power. Seth 

Seth, an A-rank agent and Electric Defense character, is the second Defense agent following Ben and a new addition to N.E.P.S. While Defense characters are currently less critical due to the ease of survival in combat, Seth shines as a support character. He can generate shields for himself and allies and enhance Anomaly Proficiency, making him an excellent complement to characters like Jane Doe and a valuable addition to any team needing robust support.
